Returns
If your item is faulty or incorrect we will arrange collection and delivery of a new item at no cost to the customer or you will be offered a full refund once the item is collected.  Please inform us within 7 days of receipt.  Returns for other reasons will be accepted within 7 days of receipt, customer to pay return shipping costs.

Delivery
Delivery for orders over £30 is free to Mainland UK.  Orders under £30 incur a charge of £6.99.  Furniture orders to the following areas will incur a £12 delivery charge:
Shetlands, Orkney, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and some remote Highland areas and other islands.

Prices
All prices and shipping are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate of £17.5%.  At checkout you will be shown a breakdown.  We reserve the right to change our prices.

Shipping
Shipping for most items takes 2-3 working days.  The wooden ranges take 2-3 weeks.

Privacy Policy
We will not pass your details onto any third parties.  We only use your details to ensure quick delivery of your items.  We never see your sensitive financial information as this is handled by our secure payment gateway, PayPal.
